A postpartum doula assists you with what happens after you birth your baby. My goal is to provide nurturing and supportive services to help your family navigate the transition. Based on our consultation, we will discuss which of the following services you may need:
Emotional Support – Offering a compassionate ear to allow you to process postpartum emotions.
Infant Care Guidance – Assisting with breastfeeding, bottle-feeding, diapering, soothing techniques, and creating healthy sleep routines for you and your little one.
Rest and Recovery Assistance – Helping you get the rest you deserve by taking care of your baby while you nap, providing gentle suggestions for self-care, and helping you relax as you heal after childbirth.
Light Household Help – Assisting with light chores and meal prep so that you can focus on bonding with your baby without feeling overwhelmed.
Siblings Support – Offering care and attention to older children, helping them adjust to the new baby, and providing fun, age-appropriate activities to ease the transition.
Information and Resources – Connecting you with trusted resources and community support.
Your postpartum doula is here to support you in whatever way you need, bringing peace, comfort, and care to your family as you adjust to the beautiful, life-changing experience of welcoming a new baby.
